We offer Free Shipping for all orders $50.00 or more to physical street addressess (No P.O. Boxes) in the continental U.S. states when ordering at JoCoffee.com. If you order our products on Amazon, Prime Members receive free shipping. Not all our Jo Coffee products are available on Amazon. Keurig and Nespresso Compatible Samplers ship for free if ordered separately. If you add other types of product sizes (e.g. 12 oz ground, 2 lb whole bean, 12 ct compostable) to your Sampler order, it needs to be over $50.00 for a free shipping option to be offered during checkout.
Orders are combined at the end of the campaign, produced then shipped to their designated delivery location.
We roast then ship bagged coffee retail orders within hours, 1 or 2 business days after receipt of your order. Occassionally an extra day may be needed. Wholesale Bundled Case orders may take extra time.
Time in Transit:
Our Free Shipping offer is available only to physical street addresses. USPS P.O. Box free delivery is not available. We do not guarantee delivery dates with free shipping. We are not responsible for any shipper's service delays, for any reason. No exceptions.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates:
If you need a guaranteed and insured specific delivery date, you must order by phone and pay extra for your day-specific guaranteed shipping service.
Tracking and Order Status:
You will receive a tracking number in your shipment email notification for most orders. For nearby states we may ship by Spee Dee Delivery. Online tracking is not currently available for Spee Dee Delivery but you can contact us and we can send you a tracking link.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction of our coffee. Simply return your coffee in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt. You must include a copy of your receipt and we will issue a full product refund within 10 business days.
