Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after your order is submitted. Time-in-transit can take an additional 1 - 4 business days depending on your location.
Orders are produced Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction of our coffee for products purchased through our JoCoffee.com website. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Return your coffee in its original packaging using your own shipping method. You must include a copy of your purchase receipt along with your RA number. We will issue a full product refund within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
