Q. How do I place an order for a fundraiser I am supporting?

A. Visit the Place a Fundraiser Order page and enter the Fundraiser ID code in the box to begin. You will need to contact the Fundraiser for their unique Fundraiser ID code.

Q. What is the difference from your Specialty Java brand and your Jo Coffee brand?

A. Our Jo Coffee products are simply a subset of our Specialty Java brand, Fair Trade Organic coffees, but packaged with the Jo Coffee brand label. See the equivalence mapping for the two brands below. Visit SpecialtyJava.com to see all the other available coffees including value priced 5 lb Bulk packages.

The "SPECIALTY JAVA" brand coffee name is the exact same coffee for the "JO COFFEE" brand coffee name listed below:

Q. Are all your products offered on Amazon?

A. No. We only offer a select number of our ground and whole bean coffee items in 12 oz and 2 lb sizes and none in Jo Case Pack sizes. We do offer all our single serve cartons and in Jo Case Packs. Our entire Jo Coffee product line, including all discounted Jo Case Packs, plus Wholesale Bundle volume pricing is available only on our Jo Coffee website.

Q. How has inflation affected your business?

A. Like everyone, since January 2021, we are experiencing higher costs especially organic specialty grade green coffee (up 69%), inbound freight, outbound package deliveries, fuel, electricity, labor, packaging materials, shipping materials, financing, certification fees, small business taxes, government compliance regulations, software services, etc. Like all businesses we need to increase prices to sustain profitability.

Q. How soon are orders shipped?

A. Retail organic coffee orders are produced, then shipped within hours, 1 to 2 business days after order is placed. Occasionally an extra day is needed. Fundraiser orders are produced and shipped at the end of the designated campaign period. Large Wholesale Bundle orders may take extra time.

Q. What if I am not satsified with your coffee?

A. If you are dissatisfied with your coffee purchase, we offer a full refund for the product. To initiate the return process, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Return the remaining product in its original coffee bag, with the roast date or sell by date visible, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue the refund to your credit card within 10 days.

If you're considering making another purchase, we'll also provide you with a coupon equal to the cost of USPS Ground Advantage shipping for the return, upon request. Feel free to choose any shipping method for the return shipment..

Q. Can I have my coffee order delivered on a regular basis?

A. Yes we have a Subscription system. You can have an order you place repeated weekly, bi-weekly or monthly from the date of the order. You will receive a confirmation of the subscription coffee order you place. You will also automatically receive an email, 4 calendar days, before your repeat subscription coffee order will be processed. If no changes are required, your coffee order will be processed automatically using the same credit card on file. If you need to change or cancel your order, promptly log into your account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" link. Simply edit/cancel the coffee subscription and click Save. Contact us by email, phone, chat or use the Contact Us form if you need further assistance.

Q. Are your single serve cups made by Keurig® and Nespresso®?

A. No. We produce our own single serve products that are compatible with most single serve brewers, including Keurig K-Cup® 1.0 and 2.0 brewers plus Nespresso®  compatible capsules. Jo Coffee has no affiliation with either Keurig® or Nespresso®.

Q. Where can I learn more about your new compostable pod format single serve?
