Q. Are your single serve cups made by Keurig?
A. No. We produce our own single serve products that are compatible with most single serve brewers, including Keurig K-Cup 1.0 and 2.0 brewers. Keurig, Inc. has actually contacted large online retailers claiming we infringed on their trademarks, even though all product listings display the legally required trademark disclaimer. Curiously, they have not done this with other unlicensed brands, that have had non-compliant listings for online for years.
