Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders $35.00 or more to continental U.S. states when ordering at JoCoffee.com. We also offer free 2-day shipping to Amazon Prime Members for select items when ordering at Amazon.com. Fundraiser orders can only be placed at JoCoffee.com.
International Shipping: We will ship to select, pre-approved military APO addresses via USPS. Customers are responsible to verify the APO address can accept coffee.
Order Processing: In most cases we roast and ship your retail order within 1 or 2 business days after receipt. Wholesale Bundled Case orders may take extra time.
Time in Transit: The actual time in transit will determined by your shipping location and the shipping service. We are not responsible for any shipper's service delays, for any reason. No exceptions.
Guaranteed Delivery Date: If you need a guaranteed and insured specific delivery date, you must order by phone and pay extra for your day-specific shipping service.
Tracking and Order Status: If you selected Free Shipping, and we ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority mail, you will receive a tracking number in their shipment email notice. Tracking numbers and order status can also be found by logging in at the Account link above. For nearby states we may ship by Spee Dee Delivery. Online tracking is not currently available for Spee-Dee, however we can access it for you if requested. Only USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, only USPS is available to you. If you live in Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US protectorate, contact us and we will give you a quote to ship your order.
Shipping Errors: Customer is responsible for all packages left at their door. Lost package claims will be resolved according to the shipper's policies. If you want your package insured, please contact us for a quote. Customer is responsible for any extra charges incurred from typographical errors made in the billing and shipping addresses.
