Q. How soon are orders shipped?
A. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of the order.
Q. How do I use a fundraiser code I received to make a purchase?
A. Simply choose any coffee products then enter the Fundraiser Coupon Code your campaign representative provided to you in the Promo/Coupon code prompt during checkout.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We guarantee 100% satisfaction of our coffee. Simply return your coffee in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt. You must include a copy of your receipt and we will issue a full product refund within 10 business days.
Q. Why are not all products offered on Amazon?
A. We do offer a select number of single package coffee items in 12 oz and 2 lb ground and whole bean formats plus single serve cases. We also provide special single serve 3 packs exclusively on Amazon. Our entire Jo Coffee product line is available here on the Jo Coffee website.
Q. Can I have my coffee order delivered on a regular basis?
A. Yes we have a Subscription system. You can have an order you place repeated weekly, bi-weekly or monthly from the date of the order. You will receive a confirmation of the subscription coffee order you place. You will also automatically receive an email, 4 calendar days, before your repeat subscription coffee order will be processed. If no changes are required, your coffee order will be processed automatically using the same credit card on file. If you need to change or cancel your order, promptly log into your account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" link. Simply edit/cancel the coffee subscription and click Save.
